Our Process

We start every project with a thorough discussion of the customers project including scope of work and any details we believe will assist us in developing the product.

The next step is to create a 3D model of the customers design to provide a starting point for further discussion. This model will gradually be changed until the customer approves of the look and function.

Once a design has been approved, the next step is to create the initial prototype. This prototype will be made using similar materials to the final product and will showcase the main ideas for the product. This prototype will have a lower quality of finish with visible print lines and tool marks to save money and time.

At this point we will discuss further with the customer about what is disliked and ideas for changes moving forward. These changes will be added to the original model and resubmitted for approval by the customer. It is at this point that our team will confirm the functionality of your design in the model.

From the updated model we will create functionality tests in small scale. Once these test are complete we will create fully functional prototypes for our customer using similar materials to what is specified in the model. This will allow the customer to test their product in real life and find any flaws that they may dislike. This prototype will have a medium level of quality with functionality being the primary focus.

At this point we will create the final rendering of the customer product and insure that the 3D model is capable of manufacturing.

This is an optional stage for those who wish to have a fully refined Prototype for marketing purposes. This prototype will be fully functional and created to ensure the highest level of quality.
